Shipping & Returns


Toppers ship from Wollongong, NSW.  We have 3 options available:

1.   Free shipping with NO tracking:  this option will not give you a tracking number.  Once the topper is posted we are unable to track it if it goes missing in the post.  If you have not received your topper in 7-10 days from the shipping date, please contact us.

2.  Tracking Number:  we offer a shipping upgrade to give you a tracking number for your topper.  You will be notified of the tracking number once the topper is posted.  We RECOMMEND this option.

3.  Express Post:  need your topper urgently?  We offer express post for all orders.  Please note that Australia Post are not currently guaranteeing next day delivery due to COVID-19.  Please allow 2-3 days for delivery at the moment.  Unfortunately, this is out of our control.


If you have ordered a cake topper that is general in wording and for whatever reason you can’t use the topper or it didn’t arrive in time, please send the topper back to me and once received I will gladly refund the cost in full.

IMPORTANT: Please contact me first for instructions on how to send the topper back.

Due to the personalised nature of some of our cake toppers, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your cake topper.  We will do our best to help you.

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
